Teachers who teach at Vietnamese public school with ILA will work Monday-Friday for approximately 15-18 hrs per week. No Weekends!Teachers who teach at our language centers will have 2-3 evenings during the week and weekends schedule with an average of 20 hrs per week.ILA offers a competitive salary and benefits in addition to strong academic support and professional development. Essential Requirements: A university degree – this must be a bachelors degree 3 years or higher To be a native English speaker or demonstrate native level mastery of English. A Qualification in English Language Teaching (CELTA, Trinity TESOL or equivalent): The certification must be from a recognised provider, a minimum of a 120 hours course with at least 40 of these hours completed in class, and have an observed teaching component of over 4 hours with real students, and course tutor feedback.
